A Certified Holistic Life and Business Coach. I help high functioning adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, often while navigating demanding careers, entrepreneurship, and parenting. My work supports you in releasing old patterns like over functioning, people pleasing, and ignoring your own needs so you can realign with who you truly are and create a life, career, and legacy rooted in clarity, grounded transformation, and genuine connection.
I didn’t realize healing would become the most important work of my life.
For years, I carried strength that looked like armor until loss cracked me open in a way nothing else ever had. Healing guided me back home to myself.
I immersed myself in neuroscience, NLP, nutrition, emotional intelligence, Stoic philosophy, ancient wisdom, healing practices, and life and business coaching. This integrated practice is now the foundation for how I live, lead, and serve. Today, I help others release old patterns and learned behaviors, realign with their truth, and create lives and legacies that feel peaceful, purposeful, and fully alive.
